How can I register? Are you interested in this Kadaster service? You can register immediately. Fill in the registration form, print and sign it and send the form to the address shown on the top left of the registration form. The registration form is also available as PDF document on this site.
You can also request the registration form by telephone or email. To do this, call the cadastre office in your region.
Tips when filling in the registration form
| Name |
Here you fill in the name of the provider. It is not obligatory to fill in a representative. Under 'acting privately or on behalf of' fill in the names of the providers that make use of the same email address. |
| Email address |
Here you fill in the email address that you use for sending and receiving documents to and from Kadaster. We recommend that you use a separate email address for each provider. Your mailbox will then not fill up so quickly so that you can continue receiving messages from Kadaster, and if one of the providers is suspended the email address will be blocked. As a result, the entire office will no longer be able to use Web-ELAN. The invoice will appear on a single summary so that you have no insight into who has sent a particular deed and who in the office will be charged for it. |

Fill in here the name of organisation from which you requested the smartcard (the certification service provider) |

Here you indicate whether you give permission to the cadastre to forward your details to the certification service provider indicated under point 6. If your certification service provider receives the data directly from Kadaster after we have received your registration form, the registration process for the smartcard can be speeded up. |

The provider named at the top of the application form also signs the bottom of the application form. |
How can I change my details for Electronic conveyancing? If you want to change previously provided details, use the change form. This form is also available as PDF document.
Sunday is used as the day of transition for, for example, the email address.
You can then use your new details on the Monday. You will receive written
confirmation of this.
