Is it safe?
The Electronic conveyancing of documents is safe. Every submitted document
you deliver is signed by you with an authorised, digital signature. The
Land Registry Act, the Notaries Act and the Digital Signature Directive
describe what an authorised, digital signature should comply with. If
you want to use such a digital signature, you need a personal smartcard
from a certification service provider that issues these authorised certificates.
