The figures for deeds and mortgage documents pertain to the total workload from the entire property market. The number of deeds includes correction documents and contracts of sale; the number of mortgage documents includes cancellation deeds and attachments. Current figures in Kadaster publications such as the Property Report (Vastgoedbericht), the Quarterly Report (Kwartaalbericht) and the promotional magazine Terzake relate to part of the overall picture, namely the private housing market.
