The Kadaster is careful when dealing with the privacy of all persons who are contained in its registrations. The law regulates that these registrations are public. The Kadaster only uses personal data to perform its legal tasks.

Data in basic registers are of high quality. Governments can use these without further investigation. Nevertheless, it is possible that registered data about, for example, an address or building, is not corresponding with the actual address or building.
