The LAND programme 2015-2019 was a Dutch partnership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Kadaster, with expert contributions from (inter)national governments, private companies, NGOs, knowledge centres and universities.

Together with national partners, we further develop knowledge and skills in land administration. Our consultancy assists national governmental organizations to design systems and methodologies for land administration and geographic data.
The ‘Fit for purpose’ approach means that land administration in developing countries should be affordable, fast and designed to meet the people’s needs.
Following up on the first NSDI development project in St. Lucia in 2019, concentrating on the legal and business analysis and reflected in a change implementation strategy, the World Bank has awarded the extension of this project to the consortium of Kadaster and KU Leuven.
Just as the Netherlands is part of the EU and the global community, Kadaster is connected to the international work field. For decades, Kadaster has been sharing knowledge on land registration.
